Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

The return must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request being approved.

2. Custom & Personalised Products

Due to the nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any jerseys or other items that have been customised with a name, number, or unique design, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at sales@emeraldcorp.store with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. We will review your request and confirm whether it is eligible for a return or refund.
  3. If approved, you will need to return the item to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (including jerseys with custom names and numbers) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Items returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items or promotional purchases may only be refunded at our discretion.
