Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
The return must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request being approved.
2. Custom & Personalised Products
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any jerseys or other items that have been customised with a name, number, or unique design, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
4. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email us at sales@emeraldcorp.store with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- We will review your request and confirm whether it is eligible for a return or refund.
- If approved, you will need to return the item to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (including jerseys with custom names and numbers) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Items returned in a used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items or promotional purchases may only be refunded at our discretion.
