Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, and select EU countries. If your region is not listed at checkout, please contact us to check availability.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom jerseys require additional production time, which can take 10–14 business days before shipping.

Delivery times typically take 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, postal disruptions, or busy holiday periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check and comply with their local customs regulations.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in locating your package.

If an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors or local collection points before reaching out to the courier service.

6. Lost, Delayed & Damaged Orders

Under UK and EU consumer laws, you have the right to receive your goods within a reasonable time. If your order is significantly delayed, we will offer assistance in tracking it or issuing a refund if the item is deemed lost.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from the courier, we may require additional shipping fees to resend it.

If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs.
